Job Summary
To support new business intake and conflicts analysis, the temporary remote Conflicts Attorney will conduct conflicts searches, identify potential conflicts of interest, and assist in drafting conflict waivers and consent letters.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct and analyze conflicts searches for new clients and matters using the INTAPP database
- Identify potential conflicts of interest and assist in resolving conflict issues
- Support new business intake and lateral attorney onboarding by performing conflict reviews and special searches
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) required
- 3+ years of experience as an attorney conducting conflicts analysis in a large law firm environment strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of legal ethics, conflicts of interest, and the Rules of Professional Conduct
