Conflicts Researcher

Job Summary

Utilizing Intapp Open conflicts software and online research tools, the full-time Conflicts Researcher will generate accurate reports on the firm's prior involvement with parties in potential new business while working remotely in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business conflicts of interest reports according to department procedures
• Maintain a working knowledge of department standard operating procedures and conflicts request workflow
• Interpret and analyze varied information to compile logical conclusions or recommendations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or prior conflicts experience considered
• Experience with relational databases such as Intapp Open or similar software
• Previous online research experience, including familiarity with Dun & Bradstreet
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, with the ability to learn new software
• Experience in a legal or professional service environment is desired
