Job Summary

To support an online accelerated degree program, the part-time remote Connecticut Licensed Associate Faculty in Business Intelligence will engage students through personalized instruction, maintain subject matter expertise in business intelligence tools, and evaluate student performance in alignment with university standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Facilitate engaging classroom instruction and maintain subject matter expertise in areas such as data mining and business performance management
• Evaluate student performance based on course deliverables and provide timely feedback and grades
• Adhere to university policies and guidelines while nurturing positive student relations and participating in course discussions

Required qualifications:

• A directly related doctoral-level degree is required
• Two or more years of college teaching experience, preferably online using Blackboard
• Proficiency in business intelligence tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, R, and Power BI
• Strong relationship-building skills with students and a commitment to the mission of higher education
• Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic teaching environment
