Job Summary
To support a growing team, the fully remote Connecticut Licensed Claims Adjuster will apply their claims management experience to analyze and resolve workers' compensation claims while providing exceptional customer service to claimants.
Key responsibilities
- Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers' compensation claims
- Interact with various parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication and resolution
- Document and communicate claim activity timely and efficiently to support the outcome of the claim file
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 3 years related claims experience
- Appropriately licensed and/or certified in Connecticut
- Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
- Computer experience with related claims and business software
