Connecticut Licensed Clinical Research Associate

Job Summary

To advance clinical research initiatives, the full-time Connecticut Licensed Clinical Research Associate will engage with investigative sites, ensure compliance with trial protocols, and enhance data integrity while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for investigative sites, providing information on clinical trials and fostering strong partnerships
• Conduct site evaluations, training, and monitoring activities to ensure adherence to protocols and regulatory standards
• Implement customized site engagement strategies and assess recruitment and retention plans based on patient journeys

Required qualifications

• Appropriate tertiary qualification in health-related disciplines (Medical, Scientific, Nursing) preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of clinically related experience, including 6 months in clinical research monitoring
• Advanced knowledge of regulatory requirements, ICH/GCP Guidelines, and applicable policies
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and organizational skills in a dynamic environment
• Ability to leverage technology and critical thinking to address clinical site issues effectively
