Job Summary

To support a growing claims management team, the fully remote Senior Resolution Manager will apply claims management experience to analyze and resolve complex workers compensation indemnity and lost time claims while ensuring effective communication with all parties involved.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex indemnity/lost time workers compensation claims
• Interact extensively with various parties to ensure effective communication and resolution of claims
• Document and communicate claim activity promptly, supporting the outcome of the claim file

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
