Connecticut Licensed Senior Counsel
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Connecticut Licensed Senior Counsel, the full-time position will independently manage complex litigation, develop case strategies, and cultivate client relationships while contributing to the growth of the Connecticut practice in a supportive environment.
Key responsibilities
- Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
- Develop compelling case themes and maintain routine communications with clients
- Provide leadership and mentorship to less experienced attorneys while cultivating relationships with existing and future clients
Required qualifications
- JD from an ABA-approved law school
- Active Connecticut Bar license; admission in New York is a plus
- 8+ years of solid litigation experience, particularly in insurance defense matters
- Proficiency in MS Suite, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to think and act independently with minimal supervision
