Connecticut Licensed Senior Counsel
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Connecticut Licensed Senior Counsel, this full-time position offers the opportunity to independently manage complex litigation, develop client relationships, and contribute to the growth of a new practice while working onsite in Norwalk, CT.
Key responsibilities
- Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
- Develop compelling case themes and manage all facets of discovery and trial preparation
- Cultivate relationships with clients and provide leadership to less experienced attorneys
Required qualifications
- JD from an ABA approved school
- Active Connecticut Bar license; admission in New York is valued but not required
- 8+ years of solid litigation experience, particularly in insurance defense matters
- Proficiency in MS Suite, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to manage full case handling responsibilities with minimal supervision
