Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Connecticut Licensed Senior Counsel, this full-time position will manage complex litigation, develop client relationships, and contribute to the growth of the Connecticut practice while working under accomplished trial attorneys in a supportive environment.
Key responsibilities
- Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
- Develop case strategy and manage all facets of discovery and trial preparation
- Cultivate relationships with clients and provide leadership to less experienced attorneys
Required qualifications
- JD from an ABA approved school
- Active Connecticut Bar license; admission in New York is valued
- 8+ years of solid litigation experience, particularly in insurance defense
- Proficiency in MS Suite, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to manage full case handling responsibilities with minimal supervision
