Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Connecticut Licensed Senior Resolution Manager will manage complex workers' compensation claims, ensuring effective communication and resolution while providing exceptional customer service to claimants.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze claims exposure and execute decision-making to resolve claims in accordance with policies and regulations
• Interact with various parties involved in the claims process to ensure effective communication and resolution
• Document and communicate claim activity efficiently to support the outcome of the claim file

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
