Job Summary

To support a growing team, the fully remote Senior Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster will manage complex indemnity and lost time claims across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring effective communication and exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers compensation claims while applying analytical skills for informed decision-making
• Interact with various parties involved in the claims process to ensure effective communication and resolution
• Document and communicate claim activity promptly, adhering to clients' and corporate policies and regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active licenses in Connecticut, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with claims and business software
