Consent Coordinator
Job Summary
To support school-based vision care services, the part-time Consent Coordinator will engage families, collect consent forms, and manage logistics remotely while promoting the use of glasses among students in the Dallas Metropolitan area.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive outreach to parents and guardians to obtain informed consent for student eye exams
- Track and manage incoming consent forms, maintaining accurate records of completed and outstanding consents
- Serve as the lead liaison for assigned schools, building strong partnerships with school staff and parent liaisons
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in public health, education, social work, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Excel and computer literacy
- Excellent organization and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple sites effectively
- Experience with K-12 students or youth-serving nonprofits is preferred
