Job Summary
Supporting a network of over 200 health professions educators, the full-time Consortium Operations Specialist will manage Consortium activities, assist with curriculum development, and serve as a liaison for integrated curriculum efforts while primarily working remotely with some required travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and attend monthly remote meetings for Consortium Course Boards and maintain communication and reporting systems
- Manage logistics for national meetings and events, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and Aquifer's conference presence
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for Consortium Operations and track expenses and membership records
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; preferred in education, health care administration, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in program coordination, preferably in higher education or health care
- Proficiency with Google Suite, virtual meeting platforms, and project management tools
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and subject matter experts
