Construction Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

Managing a strategic portfolio of complex client implementations, the full-time Implementation Consultant II, Construction will lead project delivery for enterprise-scale lending clients, conduct discovery sessions, and drive process improvements in a hybrid or remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex implementations for owner, developer, and general contractor clients, managing project scope, risk, and timelines
• Conduct discovery and planning sessions with client stakeholders to translate business goals into actionable implementation roadmaps
• Identify process improvements and standardization opportunities, documenting solutions and sharing them with the broader team

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in SaaS implementation, professional services, or enterprise project delivery, ideally in construction technology or financial services
• Strong construction industry experience, having worked closely with owners, developers, or general contractors
• Proven ability to deliver concurrent client implementations on time, demonstrating measurable outcomes
• Working knowledge of construction project and financial workflows, such as project set-up and payables
• Familiarity with implementation methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) and project management tools
