Job Summary
Overseeing a team dedicated to the Construction Lending process, the full-time remote Construction Lending Risk Manager will analyze borrower risks, manage problem loans, and ensure compliance with lending guidelines.
Key responsibilities
- Provides leadership to supervisors/managers evaluating risk on construction permanent loan applications
- Oversees resolution of problem loans, including those past due or encumbered by disputes
- Directs departmental operations, analytics, and reporting to ensure timely loan conversions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with eight years of experience in banking or a related field, or a High School Diploma/GED with twelve years of experience
- Three years of supervisory or management experience
- Knowledge of construction lending administration and processes is preferred
