Construction Manager

Job Summary

To support complex datacenter construction projects, the remote contract Construction Manager will lead end-to-end project delivery, manage budgets and vendor activities, and ensure compliance with safety protocols while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex datacenter construction projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, safety, and risk
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project delivery, coordinating vendor activities and facilitating meetings
• Oversee vendor selection and contract compliance, including preparing RFPs and approving pay applications and change orders

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading complex, mission-critical datacenter construction projects
• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's or Technical degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred
• Deep expertise in construction management, safety protocols, and vendor management; professional licenses are a plus
