Construction Manager

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Construction Manager, this remote contract position will manage end-to-end delivery of complex datacenter construction projects, overseeing scope, schedule, budget, and vendor coordination while ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of datacenter construction projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, safety, and risk
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project delivery, coordinating vendor activities and facilitating meetings
• Oversee vendor selection and contract compliance, preparing RFPs and managing fiscal administration

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience leading complex, mission-critical datacenter construction projects
• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's or Technical degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred
• Deep expertise in construction management, safety protocols, and budget administration
• Professional CM or Engineering licenses are a plus
