Construction Manager

Job Summary

Managing scalable operations, the remote contract Construction Manager will oversee project development and delivery, vendor management, and ensure compliance with project budgets and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for project development and delivery across construction projects
• Manage vendor selection, contracting, and ensure strict contract compliance
• Lead the development, execution, and reporting of project safety, scope, schedule, budget, and risk management

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's or Technical degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred
• 1+ years of experience managing end-to-end delivery of complex datacenter construction or mission-critical facility projects
• Deep understanding of construction management principles, including cost control and schedule tracking
