Construction Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a remote Construction Manager on a contract basis, this role requires managing end-to-end project delivery for datacenter construction, vendor management, and scalable operations with a focus on safety, budget, and compliance.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the single point of contact for project development and delivery, ensuring scalable solutions across construction projects
• Manage vendor selection, contracting, RFPs, pay applications, and change order reviews while ensuring contract compliance
• Lead the development, execution, and reporting of project safety, scope, schedule, budget, and risk management

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's or Technical degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred
• 1+ years of experience managing end-to-end delivery of complex datacenter construction or mission-critical facility projects
• Deep understanding of construction management principles, including cost control and schedule tracking
