Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Construction Program Manager, the successful candidate will manage multiple workstreams to enhance Building Management Systems delivery while collaborating with stakeholders across various time zones.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the EBMS Retrofit Portfolio and manage Asana workflows and construction schedules
- Engage with site operation leaders to ensure timely and budget-compliant EBMS launches
- Assist in the preparation of annual EBMS Summit and energy rebate applications
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or engineering
- Over 7 years of experience in Building Management Systems
- Proficiency in project/program management tracking software (e.g., SmartSheets, Asana)
- Experience with construction specifications, particularly Div 00, 21, 23, 25, 26
- Ability to work across multiple time zones, including occasional European hours
