Job Summary
To support the Global Realty Building Design & Engineering team, the full-time remote Construction Program Manager will manage multiple workstreams focused on improving Building Management Systems (BMS) delivery while engaging with stakeholders across various regions and time zones.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the EBMS Retrofit Portfolio and manage project tracking through software like Asana and Smartsheet
- Engage with site operation leaders and Amazon's teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant BMS launches
- Assist in the preparation of reports, energy rebate applications, and white papers related to EBMS operations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or engineering
- 3-5 years of experience in Building Management Systems
- Proficiency with project/program management tracking software
- Experience managing projects across multiple time zones
- Strong background in construction or engineering management
