Job Summary
Overseeing multiple construction projects from inception to closeout, the full-time salaried Construction Project Manager II will manage project teams, maintain safety regulations, and ensure timely completion within budget while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and lead all phases of construction projects, ensuring quality and adherence to budget and schedule
- Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules while maintaining strong relationships with customers and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and obtain necessary permits for construction activities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
- 3-5 years of Project Management experience in construction or site development projects
- Prior experience managing construction projects and subcontractors strongly preferred
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI preferred
