Construction Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing high-value, complex signage projects remotely, the full-time Construction Project Manager will lead projects from initiation through completion, coordinating across multiple trades and ensuring excellence in design and execution.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and manage major signage projects, ensuring seamless integration across trades
• Act as the subject matter expert on architectural signage, overseeing design, fabrication, and installation
• Maintain project documentation and communicate progress to stakeholders while managing change orders effectively

Required qualifications:

• Two plus years of experience in complex signage programs or construction with an architectural design background
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks
• Strong understanding of Bills of Materials (BOMs) and their relationship to fabrication processes
• Technical proficiency in electrical systems and construction documentation
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and manage multiple stakeholders
