Construction Project Manager
Job Summary
Leading multiple facets of data center projects, the full-time remote Construction Project Manager will manage RFP development, oversee design phases, and coordinate project meetings while ensuring compliance with customer and engineering standards.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee budgeting, RFP development, and pre-bid coordination for construction projects
- Manage day-to-day operations, including project scheduling, contractor billing, and stakeholder communication
- Coordinate with design-build contractors and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met
Required qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Construction Management or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing construction projects
- Experience in CSA and MEP construction management is required
- Datacenter experience is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PROCORE
