Construction Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing turnkey construction contracts, the full-time Facilities Deployment Construction Project Manager will ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders and addressing contractual issues, with the option to work remotely in the USA.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate OSP construction contracts, ensuring compliance with project specifications
• Monitor project activities for compliance with contractual obligations and manage change orders, budgets, and schedules
• Facilitate communication among project stakeholders and resolve any disputes that arise during project execution

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of seven years in the telecommunications industry, with experience in project management and outside plant construction
• At least five years of contract and capital management experience, preferably in long haul OSP projects
• Familiarity with OSP construction methods, standards, and optical network design principles
• Experience with project management software and proficiency in MS Suite and Google Suite applications
