Construction Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing all areas of project management for singular real estate projects, the full-time Construction Project Manager will work remotely to oversee planning, design, construction, and closeout while collaborating directly with clients to ensure project objectives are met.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project lifecycle from initiation to completion, including planning, design, and occupancy
• Prepare project elements such as scope of work, resource requirements, cost estimates, and risk identification
• Direct the project delivery team and create action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience; combination of experience and education considered
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred
• Experience with Project Management platforms, such as Kahua, is preferred
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
