Job Summary

To lead diverse construction projects, the full-time remote Construction Project Manager will develop project goals, manage client relationships, and ensure successful execution within established budgets and timelines.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute project-specific goals, schedules, and budgets while maintaining client communication
• Coordinate due diligence efforts and manage the contractor selection process to ensure project compliance
• Oversee project performance against schedules, milestones, and critical paths across multiple projects

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years of project management experience in the real estate or construction industry
• Proficiency in project management software
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and best practices
• Proven ability to lead and motivate project teams effectively
