Job Summary
Supporting a high volume of projects for a financial retail banking client, the full-time remote Construction Project Manager will manage HVAC, roofing, and parking lot upgrades while ensuring project delivery, documentation governance, and risk mitigation in the Central Time Zone.
Key responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of project management from planning through closeout for real estate projects
- Collaborate with clients to define project scope, resource requirements, cost estimates, and schedules
- Implement project documentation governance and ensure data integrity and timely reporting
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field
- Strong organizational and management skills with the ability to work collaboratively
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools
- Effective presentation and communication skills
