Job Summary
Supporting a large volume of projects for a financial retail banking client, the full-time remote Construction Project Manager will manage HVAC, roofing, and parking lot upgrades, ensuring project delivery from planning through closeout without travel requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Manage all areas of project management including planning, design, construction, and closeout
- Work directly with clients to prepare project scope, cost estimates, schedules, and quality control measures
- Implement project documentation governance and ensure data integrity and accuracy
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools
- Strong organizational and management skills
- Effective presentation skills
- Strong communication skills
