Construction Project Manager

Job Summary

Supporting a high volume of projects in HVAC, roofing, and parking lot upgrades, the full-time remote Construction Project Manager will manage all aspects of project delivery for a financial retail banking client in the Central Time Zone.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout for real estate projects
• Work directly with clients to define project scope, resource requirements, cost estimates, schedules, and quality control measures
• Implement project documentation governance and ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the project lifecycle

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field
• Strong organizational and management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Procore, along with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Effective presentation skills and strong communication abilities
• Experience in risk identification and mitigation strategies for construction projects
