Construction Project Manager

Job Summary

Supporting a financial retail banking client, the full-time remote Construction Project Manager will manage HVAC, roofing, and parking lot upgrade projects, ensuring effective planning, execution, and client collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all phases of project management, including planning, design, construction, and closeout
• Work directly with clients to prepare project scopes, cost estimates, schedules, and quality control measures
• Implement project documentation governance and ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the project lifecycle

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience; combination of experience and education may be considered
• Preferred certifications include LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset
• Proficient in performing complex financial calculations
