Construction Project Manager

Job Summary

Supporting a large volume of projects remotely in the Pacific Time Zone, the full-time Construction Project Manager will manage HVAC, roofing, and parking lot upgrades for a financial retail banking client, ensuring project delivery aligns with strategic business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of project management including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout
• Work directly with clients to prepare project elements such as scope of work, cost estimates, and schedules
• Implement project documentation governance and ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the project lifecycle

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience; combination of experience and education considered
• Preferred certifications include LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Advanced organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset
• Strong mathematical skills for financial-related calculations
