Construction Project Manager

Job Summary

Supporting a large volume of HVAC, roofing, and parking lot upgrade projects, the full-time remote Construction Project Manager will manage all aspects of project planning, design, construction, and closeout for a financial retail banking client in the Mountain time zone.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout for real estate projects
• Work directly with clients to prepare project scope, resource requirements, cost estimates, and schedules
• Direct project delivery teams and create action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field preferred
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools
• Strong organizational and management skills with the ability to work collaboratively
• Effective presentation skills
• In-depth knowledge of project management principles and risk mitigation strategies
