Construction Project Manager

Job Summary

Supporting a high volume of projects in HVAC, roofing, and parking lot upgrades, the full-time remote Construction Project Manager will manage all aspects of project management for a financial retail banking client, ensuring effective planning, execution, and delivery of projects within the Central Time Zone.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout phases for real estate projects
• Collaborate with clients to define project scope, resource requirements, cost estimates, and schedules
• Oversee project documentation governance and ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the project lifecycle

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Procore, along with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Strong organizational and management skills for effective teamwork and collaboration
• Effective presentation skills to communicate project details to stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
