Construction Project Manager

Job Summary

Supporting a large volume of projects for a financial retail banking client, the full-time remote Construction Project Manager will manage HVAC, roofing, and parking lot upgrades while ensuring project delivery and documentation governance in the Central Time Zone.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout
• Work directly with clients to prepare project scope, resource requirements, cost estimates, schedules, and quality control measures
• Direct the project delivery team, creating action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule while tracking progress and reporting status

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools
• Strong organizational and management skills with the ability to work collaboratively
• Effective presentation skills
• Strong communication skills
