Construction Project Manager

Job Summary

Supporting a financial retail banking client, the full-time remote Construction Project Manager will manage HVAC, roofing, and parking lot upgrade projects while ensuring project delivery, documentation governance, and risk mitigation in the Mountain time zone.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of project management including planning, design, construction, and closeout
• Collaborate with clients to prepare project scope, cost estimates, schedules, and quality control measures
• Direct the project delivery team and create action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field preferred
• Strong organizational and management skills with the ability to work collaboratively
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools
• Effective presentation skills
• Strong communication skills
