Construction Project Manager

Job Summary

Supporting a large volume of HVAC, roofing, and parking lot projects, the full-time remote Construction Project Manager will manage all aspects of project management, including planning, design, and execution, for a financial retail banking client in the Central Time Zone.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of project management, from planning and design to construction and closeout
• Collaborate with clients to develop project scope, cost estimates, schedules, and quality control measures
• Direct the project delivery team, ensuring accurate documentation and tracking of project progress

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field
• Strong organizational and management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools
• Effective presentation skills
• In-depth knowledge of project management principles and risk mitigation strategies
