Job Summary
Supporting a high volume of projects for a financial retail banking client, the full-time remote Construction Project Manager will manage HVAC, roofing, and parking lot upgrades while coordinating project planning, design, construction, and closeout in the Mountain Time Zone.
Key responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of project management including planning, design, and construction
- Work directly with clients to prepare project scope, budget, schedules, and risk assessments
- Direct the project delivery team and create action plans to meet objectives and track project progress
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field preferred
- Strong organizational and management skills for effective collaboration with teams
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools
- Effective presentation skills
- Strong communication skills
