Construction Project Manager

Job Summary

Supporting a financial retail banking client, the full-time remote Construction Project Manager will manage HVAC, roofing, and parking lot upgrade projects, ensuring effective planning, execution, and closeout while operating within the Central Time Zone.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of project management for real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, and closeout
• Work directly with clients to prepare project scopes, cost estimates, schedules, and quality control measures
• Direct the project delivery team and create action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule while tracking project progress

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools
• Strong organizational and management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams
• Effective presentation skills
• In-depth knowledge of project management principles and techniques
