Job Summary
Supporting a financial retail banking client, the full-time Construction Project Manager will manage HVAC, roofing, and parking lot upgrade projects, ensuring effective planning, execution, and delivery while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage all areas of project management including planning, design, construction, and closeout for real estate projects
- Work directly with clients to prepare project scope, resource requirements, cost estimates, and schedules
- Implement project documentation governance and ensure data integrity and timely coordination of project documentation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools
- Strong organizational and management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams
- Effective presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to identify project risks and develop mitigation plans
