Construction Project Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting a growing portfolio of Spark modular data centers, the full-time remote Construction Project Specialist will assist in managing daily construction activities, oversee tenant improvement scopes, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily activities across active construction sites, including scheduling, site coordination, and vendor oversight
• Support senior Construction Managers with project tracking, contractor communications, and documentation management
• Monitor construction progress, identify risks or delays, and ensure compliance with safety practices and site protocols

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of relevant construction experience, preferably with exposure to critical facilities
• Familiarity with core construction processes such as scheduling, procurement, and documentation
• Ability to read construction drawings and interpret specifications
• Experience working with general contractors and trade partners
• Proficiency with construction management platforms like Procore or Bluebeam
