Construction QA/QC Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Construction QA/QC Manager, this full-time role will oversee quality assurance and control efforts throughout the construction, testing, commissioning, and turnover phases of mission-critical data center projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project-specific MEP Quality Assurance / Quality Control plans and inspection protocols
• Conduct field inspections and audits to verify installation quality and compliance with industry standards and documentation
• Ensure all systems are delivered with complete turnover documentation, partnering with Operations for a smooth transition to live operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline
• 6+ years of experience in MEP QA/QC, commissioning, or construction quality management
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems commissioning and applicable code requirements
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
• Experience with complex infrastructure projects such as data centers or hospitals
