Construction Services Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Construction Services Manager residing in the DFW or Houston areas, who will manage construction projects by drafting scopes of work and RFPs, overseeing day-to-day operations, and serving as the primary contact for client accounts to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Draft comprehensive scopes of work and develop detailed RFPs to guide clients in vendor selection and contract negotiation
• Oversee construction operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while managing documentation and site inspections
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering relationships and providing regular updates to align projects with client goals

Required qualifications

• Strong background in construction management with experience in writing scopes of work and developing RFPs
• Proven ability to manage construction documentation and perform site inspections
• Experience in client account management and relationship building
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal construction regulations and compliance standards
• Ability to identify project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies
