Construction Success Manager

Job Summary

To support small and medium-sized construction clients, the full-time remote Construction Success Manager will manage client relationships, provide training on the Fieldwire platform, and ensure successful deployment and integration of services to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Become a Fieldwire product expert and configure the platform to meet client needs
• Conduct web-based training sessions and demonstrations to educate clients on using Fieldwire effectively
• Engage in proactive outreach to identify client pain points and opportunities for increased value from Fieldwire

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of professional experience in the construction industry, with a mix of field and office management roles
• Basic understanding of the construction process from design to completion
• Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, from foremen to senior-level managers
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Desire to learn and adapt in a dynamic startup environment
