Construction Trainee Program

Job Summary

To support the development of America's AI infrastructure, the full-time Construction Ready Trainee will engage in a paid four-week training program focused on hands-on construction tasks, including safely working on commercial sites, following construction plans, and using tools, all while working remotely in the U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Safely work on active commercial construction sites and assist with various construction activities
• Read and follow construction plans and work instructions while maintaining organized and safe work areas
• Use common hand and power tools safely and support material handling and site preparation

Required qualifications

• Strong willingness to learn and take direction
• Reliable with a strong work ethic and a safety-first mindset
• Comfortable performing physical, hands-on work and using or learning hand and power tools
• Interest in construction, skilled trades, or building projects
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
