Job Summary

To support a growing consulting practice, the full-time remote Consult Partner SLED - Oregon will engage with C-suite customers, lead complex consulting engagements, and drive digital transformation initiatives across public sector accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with key state agency leaders, enhancing client satisfaction and securing long-term references
• Identify and convert business opportunities aligned with state budgets, leading responses to formal government solicitations
• Oversee complex engagement design and delivery, ensuring alignment with client missions and high technical performance

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in a consultative sales or advisory role within state and local government organizations
• Experience navigating public sector procurement regulations and managing complex project engagements
• Track record of driving revenue growth and managing profitability in consulting engagements
• Working knowledge of public sector compliance frameworks such as StateRAMP and FedRAMP
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Technology, Public Administration, or a related field
