Consultant
Job Summary
Acting as a key liaison for customers, the full-time Consultant will manage the implementation lifecycle of a recruitment software solution, ensuring successful project execution and customer satisfaction while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead customers through the implementation lifecycle, including discovery, design, build, testing, training, and deployment
- Customize project plans based on customer specifications and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) prior to system go-live
- Conduct training sessions and provide product demonstrations to ensure effective use of the software, while identifying upsell opportunities
Required qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in recruiting or software consulting and implementation
- Proven project management experience with the ability to meet deadlines
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or other recruiting software is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) preferred
