Job Summary

Supporting applied research and evaluation projects, the full-time Consultant, Energy Solutions will analyze qualitative and quantitative data to enhance utility client services while working remotely with minimal travel requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and refine data collection tools such as interview guides and surveys
• Conduct interviews and support primary research activities with various stakeholders
• Execute analysis plans and document analytical methods and findings for client deliverables

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of relevant experience in applied research or program evaluation, or a master's/PhD with 1-2 years of experience
• Intermediate qualitative and quantitative analysis skills, including data organization and interpretation
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with analytical software such as Stata, SPSS, R, or Python
• Experience with applied research or program evaluation methods through coursework or professional experience
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet project deadlines effectively
