Job Summary
To support a growing legal payments platform, the full-time Consultant for Legal Payments will engage with clients through calls and video meetings to lead training sessions, assist with onboarding, and collaborate on operational tasks, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to schedule training and demo sessions with clients
- Engage with clients via phone, email, and video meetings to support onboarding and product adoption
- Collaborate with the Head of Global Sales on administrative and operational tasks
Required qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote work environment
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn about sales and client engagement
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus
