Consultant for Trainer Methodology Development

Job Summary

To develop a comprehensive training methodology for trainers on the protocol for investigating and adjudicating cases of sexual violence in Oaxaca, a part-time Consultant for Trainer Methodology Development will design a hybrid training program, create pedagogical tools, and pilot the methodology while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design a hybrid training methodology that incorporates gender, human rights, and intercultural approaches for justice operators in Oaxaca
• Create and validate pedagogical tools and resources for implementing the training program
• Facilitate a pilot training program to test and refine the methodology and materials developed

Required qualifications

• University degree in law, social sciences, education, gender studies, human rights, or related fields
• At least five years of relevant professional experience in human rights, gender equality, or access to justice, particularly related to gender-based violence or sexual violence
• Experience in designing and evaluating training programs for adult learners, particularly for justice operators or public officials
• Knowledge of national and international human rights standards concerning gender-based violence and sexual violence
• Familiarity with the socio-cultural context of Oaxaca and the barriers affecting access to justice for survivors of sexual violence
